What are the hours of the show?

The event hours are 9am - 5pm. 

When do we set-up?

Set-up will be the morning of the event. The Exhibitor Manual with set-up instructions will have all pertinent information.

Is lunch included?

Lunch is available to pre-purchase.

Is parking included?

Parking is included. We will validate your parking at the Pasadena Conference Center Parking Garage.
*NOTE: We will not be able to validate your parking if you park in any of the surrounding lots.

How is this event marketed?

Our massive marketing campaign includes print advertising in fertility and parenting magazines, partnerships with non-profits, associations and support groups, promotional materials in OB-GYN offices, e-mail marketing via American Fertility Expo Newsletter, official press releases, and a strategic online advertising campaign utilizing banner ads, social media, and SEO optimization.

How many visitors do you expect?

We anticipate 500+ visitors for the day.
